EdPlan constituted an excellent, practical solution for the challenges of coordinating the high number of tasks and actions and effectively contributed to efficient management of project’s documentation.
EdPlan is a web-based tool designed by PCG which supports schools in organizing psychological-pedagogical help for students. EdPlan as a tool allows teachers to create IEPs and other support plans, monitor the progress of pupils and manage class registers for extracurricular classes. This system simplifies the procedures, verifies the completion of documentation. The need of paper documentation is kept to a minimum. In the middle of the project, PCG conducted a survey among teachers which was aimed to verify the quality of our services and teachers’ approach towards the system. The survey was conducted via EdPlan. The results are presented in the chart below.

Exceptional Student was an enormous project. The way this company managed the whole project is a model for the Polish educational system. PCG conducted highly professional training before the project started. PCG also provided all the teachers with exemplary class programs, instructions etc. which were available in the system Library. They also provided professional support in form of telephone, e-mail or in-person meetings whenever needed. In my opinion, what can really make a difference is such a professional attitude towards teachers and students.
